You can use the installer to install QuantumPT or use the portable version which is the same application without the installer.
Run the executable installer and follow the instructions.
Extract the archive using 7zip or zip tools provided by Windows
To unzip the application, right click on the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Once the application is installed, follow the documentation to configure QuantumPT during the first run.
